Damaged Goods:
Report all damaged goods immediately. Please save
the original packing material and call or Email us
to explain the damage. We will send UPS or the
proper freight company to come pick
the package up at your location. A replacement
bronze will be shipped out immediately.
Returns/Exchanges:
30-day money back guarantee on all bronzes up to 100 pounds,
minus shipping
in both directions. All sales are final on bronzes over 100 pounds which
include life size, monumental, and custom orders. For
bronzes over 100 pounds: Exchanges or refunds will
be made at the discretion of the management team
with a restocking fee and minus shipping/ freight in both directions.
Custom pieces are not returnable. Colors and details
are not guaranteed to be exact likeness. Patinas are
a chemical process and are not a paint. These are
artwork items and are not manufactured, therefore
every one piece is unique and one-of-a-kind.
Warranty:
FR Bronze provides a life time limited warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship
excluding high polish for any bronze we sell or
produce. Any and all defects must be reported
to FR Bronze within 72 hours of receipt of product.
All repairs and replacement costs will be assumed by
FR Bronze if deemed damaged. This warranty does not
cover any pieces that have been previously altered
or repaired by anyone else other than FR Bronze.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic modification
of/ or to the product. Proof of purchase in the form
of a bill or sales receipt must be present to obtain
warranty.
